Collective Agreement

The Collective Agreement between the Winnipeg School Division and the WTA regulates the terms and conditions of employment in the division. It exists to outline the duties and protect the rights and the privileges of the workers and employer.

The agreement is a legally binding contract of employment developed during collective bargaining with the employer and the union.
