Counselling

MTS members and their families are entitled to counselling services through HumanaCare Counselling Services 24/7 that can be accessed by calling: 1-800-661-8193. https://humanacare.com/mts/

Members can access 3-6 sessions in 2024. Starting in January 2025, Humanacare offers up to 14 sessions in a calendar year.

Members who are enrolled in the MPSE Extended Health Benefits with BlueCross are also eligible for up to $1500 coverage for counsellors. See the link here for those providers included in this benefit (page 4).

WTA has a long standing relationship with Keystone Counselling Associates. Appointments can be booked directly with these providers:
