Manitoba Teachers’ Society Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The MTS AGM will be held on May 26-28, 2011. This is the place that will determine your MTS fee for the coming year and elect six Executive members and a Vice-President.  The WTA will bring a delegation of 48 members and 2 permanent alternates to the meeting. There are a large number of resolutions being brought forward that have the potential to impact the election process and ultimately the structure of the Society. AGM is an excellent opportunity to get the pulse of the province on range of issues and also for WTA delegates to meet and speak with teachers from other local Associations.
