Sometimes, you just don’t have the time to cut up pounds of vegetables, grill your chicken or babysit your stovetop quinoa.  For those days, here’s a simple idea:

When making egg salad, replace mayonnaise with mashed avocado!

For best results, choose a quality multigrain bread, or wraps.  Or, eat on its own with a fork.  Or, add it in to a salad.
