Staffing Process Changes – Spring 2017

Recently, you may have heard of the changes the Winnipeg School Division (WSD) has made to the staffing process. 

Permanently contracted teachers will continue to apply for career opportunities though the Annual Staffing Process which will begin on:

May 11, 2017 (Round 1)

May 29, 2017 (Round 2)

June 14, 2017 (Round 3)

Applications will continue to be submitted through Employee Connect.

For opportunities not filled each round, the WSD will now be posting on the new internal career website where permanent, term and substitute teachers under contract with the WSD may apply. To view and apply for internal opportunities, you must create an applicant profile using your WSD email account. Instructions are found here.

If opportunities advertised on the internal career website remain unfilled, WSD will now advertise on the public career website where the general public can apply along with permanent, term and substitute teachers currently under contract with the WSD.
