Duties of the Association

The duties of the Association shall include the following:

a)	to act as the bargaining agent of its members in all matters concerning the terms and conditions of employment and to negotiate Collective Agreements with the employer of its members;
b)	to protect and to advance the welfare of individual members;
c)	to maintain a public relations program
