3. Duties Of The Association
The duties of the Association shall include the following:
| a) |
to act as the bargaining agent of its members in all matters concerning the terms and conditions of employment and to negotiate Collective Agreements with the employer of its members;

| b) |
to protect and to advance the welfare of individual members;
|
| c) |
to maintain a public relations program |
