Policy Handbooks

There shall be master copies of Council and Executive Policy Handbooks.

Each named representative to Council shall be given a Policy Handbook.

At the September Council meeting the named Council representatives shall receive copies of new and changed policies.

II.

Policy of The Manitoba Teachers' Society

A.	The Association shall have the right to institute policies which are in conflict with the policies of the Society.
B.	The Association shall have the right to publicize its policies within the membership of the Society.
C.	When Association and Society policies are in conflict, the Association shall have the right to attempt to change the policy of the Society.
D.	When policies of the Association and the Society differ, the members of the Association shall be informed of the difference.
