The primary purpose of evaluation shall be for the professional
growth of members.

A member shall have the right to request an evaluation
at any time.

All members have the right to be fairly evaluated, following
know procedures agreed to by the parties involved.

| (d) |
All members have the right to reply to all such evaluative
statements.
|
| (e) |
A member shall not be evaluated on the basis of information
received from students, the community or peers unless the
member has been given prior written permission. |
