Electoral Units
That the criteria for certification as an electoral unit of the
WTA be determined by the following three categories.
| A. |
Members who occupy the same location at the same time
with the same clientele.

| B. |
Members who work in sites throughout the Division but
sharing a common Winnipeg School Division Administrative
designation.
|
| C. |
Non-certified member groups.
|
It is the intention that category A. be as inclusive as possible
and that the criteria as listed in B. and C. come into effect
in that order only if A. is not applicable. (November 6, 1984)
