The committee:
| A. |
shall register Council representatives and/or alternates
at Council meetings;
|
| B. |
shall report to the presiding officer the names
of electoral units not present at Council meetings;
|
| C. |
shall perform other duties as may be determined
by Council from time to time.
|
|
| II. |
The Chairperson, with power to add, shall be elected at
the May meeting of Council. |
