Adult EAL
That
all Adult EAL teachers be signed immediately to a regular teacher's
contract and that for seniority purposes the contract reflect the
experience recognized by the Department of Education while employed
with The Winnipeg School Division so long as that experience is
continual with The Winnipeg School Division.
Definition of word "continual" - Continual is to be
defined as reflecting experience recognized by the Department
of Education and subject to no other contracted employment by
another school division, but could reflect experience gained through
substituting.
