11. Employees Covered By Collective Agreements
11.1
Where an employee under a Collective Agreement has a leave entitlement which is different than the entitlement specified in this policy, the provisions of the Collective Agreement shall apply.
LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENTS:

Section 48(5) of the Public Schools Act, Chapter P250 of the Statutes of Manitoba applies to the granting of Leaves of Absence.

Section 44(1) of the Workplace Safety and Health Act, Chapter W210 of the Statutes of Manitoba applies to the granting of leave. |
